Step 1: Make your claim

We’ll help you present your case and send it to the company, organisation or person you are claiming against. They, or their insurers, must then investigate your claim. Compo2go will help you provide all the information they need to do this. The investigation must be completed, and a decision on whether to admit liability for the claim (or not), must be made within a further 90 days.

Step 2: Decision time

If the people you are claiming against admit liability Compo2go will have already helped you make a case for the maximum amount of compensation your injuries deserve, based on previous legal precedent. If you are happy with their offer – great. You get your compo2go.

Step 3: Or specialist advice

If for any reason, your claim cannot be settled amicably, or the size or complexity of your claim requires legal representation, Compo2go can put you in touch with our legal advisers, who will be happy to give you an opinion on how to proceed.
