How much compensation could I get?

Every case is different, but our injury calculator gives you an indication of what you should get, based on industry standards. This then provides you with an early indication of how much compensation you will receive when you make a claim.

How long will my claim take?

Compo2go aims to deliver a decision 4 times faster than the usual route of litigation. If your claim can be settled in that time period you can have your Compo2go. If not then you might need to take specialist advice from our legal advisers.

However it’s worth bearing in mind, that the average personal injury claim that goes through the courts takes around 18 months to complete. So it could prove much faster and easier to try and settle out of court, before resorting to legal proceedings.

How much does the service cost?

Nothing! Compo2go is a free service to claimants, with no hidden charges or fees whatsoever. We make our money from the people being claimed against. They are happy to pay us a fee in exchange for making the compensation process faster and more efficient, but still fair to you.

How do I know I am getting best advice?

Before they go to court all personal injury claims must go through a process of notification and negotiation as prescribed by the Compensation Act 2006. Compo2go simply offers you an easy to follow online service, designed to help you follow this legal process to the letter. It’s ideal if you have a simple, straightforward claim that can be easily settled out of court.

If it turns out that your case is so complicated that it demands specialist legal advice, Compo2go will let you know. That being the case, we’ll happily introduce you to our legal advisers – or if you wish you are free to contact a solicitor of your own choosing.

What happens if my claim is not successful?

Compo2go will ensure that the people you are claiming against explain their decision and present evidence to show why they came to that conclusion. This gives you all the information you need to get a second opinion if you wish – and an assessment of whether it is still worth proceeding – from a solicitor of your choosing.
